  Terrible business account representative. This was the worse business dealings I have e ever done, and especially in a bank. 1st off when the banker did not even shake my hand when we 1st met and sat down in his cubicle, I found this peculiar and uncomfortable. As we start to discuss my business, he asked me repeatedly what kind of business we conduct. I asked him if he knew what a hybrid business was and he had no clue. Well sir, that is where businesses do various types of business dealings! He asked me about my business almost like I was in the bank posing as a business owner. Was it my $200 ripped up jeans sir that threw you off? Don't judge a book by its cover. He calls someone on the phone to ask if there are certain things he can do with my paperwork and if it's sufficient. He did not even know what he himself was asking the person on the other end. He ask me who a certain name was (clearly on my Article of Amendmant "member removal" that he's looking at) and I said that is a previous member on my business. He insist that name is still on my business with AZ commissions. So, we looked together! And to his surprise that person is NOT on my business. I would know sir. He continued to ask me unprofessional, irrelevant things, too much to even write about. He was unprofessional all the way around. After about 7 minutes of sitting in front of this guy, I said I am going to end this deal right now, and he said "I would love to". Well, he clearly did not want our business or even know how to work a business account. Most people who were educated in their field, would probably have reccomened me stay and figure how to get the job done. He was quick to excuse me from his cubicle, wished me good luck TWICE, and I stood up and put my hand out to shake his, he hesitantly did, and I went on my way to Wells Fargo. We have our business account open and there was no problems whatsoever. This guys name is John Kelly and I highly reccomened taking your business elsewhere.
