  I absolutely love this place! New management is Amazing Lucy the property manager is Awesome. She gets the work done and the office is staff is so friendly. So many up grades to the property that the old property management would not do. Apartments are getting up graded and they are doing inspections for the old pest issue that went on with the old management. I can honestly say that I've been her for a year and have not had any pest control issues. Thank you Office Staff for doing amazing job and the maintenance crew for always getting the job done! Also our Pest Control guy Adam from Sexton Pest Control for doing such a great job with the property!

  It has been 1 year since I left this disgusting apartment complex. My daughter who is 6 refers to it as the cockroach house or the house were the bugs lived. We have NEVER had bed bugs or cockroaches until we moved into this place. The ladies in the office are rude and not proffesional. We put in a complaint with Wasatch and the ladies pulled us in to the office and yelled at us for our complaint and nothing was solved so that tells you what kind of company youre dealing with. Our laundry was stolen OFTEN to the point where I refused to leave the room until all of it was done. We would constantly get texts from the office asking for missing laundry to be returned it was ridiculous. Just a place to avoid completely.

  I lived here for about 10 years with my parents and then later with my own family. The first week we were there a drive by shooting happened while kids played outside. My dads car got broken into and stolen 3 times. The maintenance people sell appliances on the side. Every year Glendale police knocks on peoples door to "survey" and ask about crimes(which is fine but that should give insight to the type of place this is if cops are asking!) our neighbors didn't live there but instead kept their apt full of weed and when they cleared out the place some homeless couple broke in. On new years I was home with my newborn and another neighbors apt got broken into. Everyone got infested with bedbugs and roaches because if your neighbor has them you're screwed. And management does nothing. They just stack you with one fee after another by the time our lease was up we were paying 1,000 for a 1bed apt. Ridiculous. Hated it there.
