  If you want to live in an apartment full of scorpions and roaches then this is the place!! The complex smells like weed and cigarettes and inside the apartment is old and run down! We can't wait until our lease is over to get out of this disgusting place!!!!!

  I lived for a year and only moved out since i was buying a house. Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are done quickly. The apartments are decent and the community is quiet. Its affordable for 1 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are not all that great. Recommended to live in.

  If I could rate these apartments zero stars I would. This is my first time living out on my own and these apartments have made it a horrible experience. SCORPIONS SCORPIONS!! Many people I know have roaches but I have scorpions. I’ve seen maybe 4 roaches in my kitchen my whole year living here not including the dead roaches in the cupboard. I’ve seen tons of scorpions ranging in size. Crawling on my walls in the middle of the day in my bathroom, sinks, tub, and climbing up the stairs. After informing the office that I have a premature baby in the apartment on oxygen they told me that all they can do is have the man come and spray. Which did not help any. After killing way to many scorpions for my liking I went to home depot and bought my own expensive spray which seemed to have worked. After the scorpion problem faded I had a huge gnat infestation. There’s dog poop all over which caused a huge fly issue. The flies were literally all over the wall by my front door it was almost impossible to get in my apartment without letting a few in. My electricity has cut off multiple times for no apparent reason. Maintenance could care less, told me to get a hold of someone because he had to go get back on the roofs. After over hearing me complain to someone that it was to hot for my electricity to be off and I have an infant in the apt he told my downstairs neighbor that I’m complaining about it being hot but I have no idea what hot is because he’s been working on roofs all day? What does that have to do with my child ? I'm not even going to start with the office ladies. All of these complaints on them and they’re still employed so whatever. Paid my rent online and they waited days to tell me it didn’t go through and charged me a ton of late fees for a mistake that they made! I asked the office to speak to someone higher than them and they told me that there is just them. What kind of lie is that? You obviously work for somebody.. Just go somewhere else. Rent went up, it’s not worth it.
